What to bring aboard
1.Sunscreen, sandwiches, snacks & motion sickness medicine. No coolers are needed; we have a full refrigerator and freezer for your convience.
2. We ask that you wear boat shoes or white soled shoes to insure your safety on the wet surface and to insure that there is no damage to the boat's decks.

Sorry, no boots or hard soled shoes.

3. Reel Action Charters will provide you with all the rods, reels and tackle for the trip. We also provide non-alcoholic drinks, bait, ice and a professional experienced crew. We will clean and bag your catch for you at the end of the day.

How much do I tip?
The decision of the amount to tip is up to you. Our mates invest many hours of preparation to make sure that the boat and gear are 100% for your charter. They are there to serve you and to help you while battling that trophy fish. The average tip in the industry is 10% to 20% of the charter, but the final decision is yours.

What time do we depart?
Depending on the charter, the times differ greatly. On a full day charter we can depart as early or as late as you like. Half day charters depart at 8am or 1pm. If we need to accomodate your time schedule, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accomodate your needs.

Are children welcome?

Children are always welcome and we encourage you to bring them, Fishing has been a positive influence on all the reel action crew members and we love to pass our passion on to others especially children.

Cancellations

There are two circumstances that can cause a cancellation:

"Captain cancellation" - If a Reel Action captain should have to cancel a charter for any reason, a 100% refund will be provided to the charter client.

"Client cancellation" - If for any reason a client must cancel a charter, it is at the discretion of Reel Action  to make a "cash" refund or to apply the deposit to another charter
